2024 RENTAL RATES
GOLF RATES:
$12.00 - 9 holes, or $20.00 - 18 holes on Monday through Thursday
$15.00 - 9 holes, or $25.00 - 18 holes on Friday through Sunday, and Holidays
CART RENTALS:
$20.00 - 9 holes, or $25.00 - 18 holes on all days (Members pay 1/2 price, except for Tournaments)
POOL:
$4.00 per day
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL:
The Clubhouse may be rented by members for $100.00 per day & non-members for $200.00 per day, along with a Bartender charge at the cost of $75 for 5 hours. Clubhouse rental is subject to Board approval. Any exemptions from this fee structure must be approved by the Board. During golf season, the Clubhouse will remain open to golfers when the Clubhouse is rented.
POOL PARTY RENTAL:
$75 for members / $150 for non-members, plus $10 per hour for a lifeguard. Maximum of 3 hours.
NON-CLUB GOLF FUNCTIONS:
A flat fee of $1,000.00 is required to close the course for non-club golf outings. To be eligible to close the course, you must be a member of the Montezuma Country Club. Subject to Board approval, the fee must be paid 30 days in advance of the event. Maximum of 3 such events booked per season.
NOTE: NO OUTSIDE BEER OR LIQUOR IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES
GUEST PRIVILEGES:
Green fees for a guest (who must live outside the Montezuma School District) is the responsibility of the member, payable to the Clubhouse, if open, or at #1 Tee. Swimming guest fees are payable in the Clubhouse or fee slot on the outside of the Clubhouse wall near the pool. Swim fee is $4.00 per day.
The Club has carts available for rent. You must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent a Club golf cart. No Child under 14 years of age is allowed to drive a private golf cart without adult supervision riding in the cart.
A prospective member, who has not played the course before and who resides in the Montezuma School District, may play a total of 3 times before joining. Green fees must be paid. This is not an annual option.
Pool is for the use of members and their out-of-town guests only. Non-members, regardless of where they live, may not use the pool unless they are guests of a member and the member is present.
All above prices include 7% sales tax as required by law.
